- The Customer sends a request by email to Landa Remote.
- Landa Remote analyses the request and sends additional information to the Customer.
- The Customer completes the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the Customer and Landa Remote.
- The completed NDA is exchanged by email for approval.
- The Customer completes the Service Agreement.
- Mutual approval includes sending the Service Agreement back and forth by email and paying the advance.
- Landa Remote tests the connection as specified in the Service Agreement.
2. Execution of the Service Agreement
- Landa Remote prepares to carry out the Service Agreement.
- All participants complete the Confidentiality Agreement (NDA).
- Landa Remote discusses the Service Agreement with the participants.
- Landa Remote starts each meeting with the Landa Remote Risk Assessment.
